Compassion for all

Hello beautiful Souls. We are in a moment of time of big transformation, and many layers are rising to be healed, and I am standing with you holding the biggest container of Love I can in support of all of us birthing a new paradigm, a new way of being, and honoring those with the courage to voice their truth knowing that their stand for themselves is a stand for all of us. No matter where you are on the political spectrum, there is a voice for all beings, and compassion, empathy, and Light is where I stand.

In times of tremendous outward stress, I am reminded that there is such a powerful prayer that was given to us that allows us to tap into the direct source of Love – and that was given to us by Jesus in the form of the Lord’s Prayer. I am grateful to the author Kathleen McGowan for her bringing forth a powerful book called “The Source of Miracles,” and I have found a much deeper connection to the divine through this prayer.

As with any act that we perform, our intention is first and foremost. Where are we placing our attention, and what is our desired outcome? Is it to fulfill an egoic thought, or are we truly acting in the highest and best for our soul growth? With any prayer that we recite, if we blindly say the words without truly appreciating and honoring the meaning, the act is not fulfilling to us or to God. It is in deep humility and trust that allows for grace to flow through, not by saying words for the sake of saying them. So in this open-hearted state of surrender, I offer you a potentially different look at this prayer.

“Our Father in Heaven,
May your name be hallowed,
may your kingdom come,
may your will be done,
as in Heaven, so upon Earth.
Give us today our sufficient bread,
and forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And do not bring us into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.”

Think of this prayer as a flower with six petals. Within each petal is a core spiritual tenant that corresponds with a stanza in the prayer. Beginning from the top the 6 principles are Faith, Surrender, Service, Abundance, Forgiveness, and Overcoming Obstacles. And the main tenant in the heart of the flower is LOVE.

This prayer is perfect. It outlines for us how each and every day we can live in accordance with the divine powers of grace through the allowing of faith; truly surrendering to Thy will, not our own; being of service in order to create Heaven on Earth; asking and allowing the receiving of abundance; forgiving at the deepest levels starting with yourself; and knowing how to move through the pain and suffering life will present you. The highest Law that Jesus offered us was the Law of Love, and it is here that all roads come to meet.

This journey and path was not deemed to be easy, and that is so we could come to a new alignment in our spirituality. There is not a way around this except to continue to anchor into your authentic truth with kindness, compassion, and deepest empathy for yourself wherever you are on your journey. There is a much larger story that is emerging in this time, and let us not lose sight that all systems must break down in order to be reborn. We will do this when we continue to choose to anchor in the Love, manifest through the Love, and be the Love in which we wish to see.

Loving you all for your willingness to keep standing, keep speaking, and even in the midst of struggle to keep rising into your fullest and highest potential. We are Love. xo
