Embracing Inner-Constrictions

Hello Beloveds! It’s not as early this morning – only 5:30 am – and I am blessed to have seen the sun light up the sky and have already sent up prayers of gratitude for another day.

I noticed in my meditation this morning a place inside that is needing some Love and Light. I have recently set an intention for monetary abundance in my life, and as we know, when we set intentions, Life gets up under us and gets to work in trying to bring us what we are desiring. In order to co-create, it is a balance between the inner work and the outer actions that will help us fulfill these desires. So when I dropped into my inner spaces this morning, I felt a younger part of myself that feels constricted around receiving abundance. It is not only a pattern from this lifetime but residuals left over from karmic patterns as well.In the process of deep compassion, non-judgement and Love, I turned conscious awareness to this younger self and opened up to the infinite, divine creation of Love, and sent this into my body and to the part of myself that is desiring this embrace. And I just sat here for a little bit of time. Deep breathing, keeping my focus on this restricted place and anchoring in a new energy and reality. I will continue to do this throughout the day now that I have a new awareness around what my inner world needs, and I can always turn this Love and kindness to myself when I am making my children breakfast, driving them to school, or when I consciously choose to sit down for 15 minutes in the afternoon and just be with me. Now that a new awareness is dropping in, I know that it will not take me very long to shift this paradigm as I am quite aware of my process, and over time, you will also develop this flow of inner transformation. It just takes a bit of mindfulness and conscious action.

When we have inner constrictions around anything, whether it be health, money, love, or career, our inner blocks can prevent us from manifesting what we are desiring to create on the outside. I have had a couple of examples of this for myself the past couple of days with respect to money. One particular example was I had a gentleman come to my door yesterday afternoon sharing with me his request for a donation to an organization that helps homeless men and women get back on their feet. It was right when I was juggling dinner and needing to leave to pick up my son, and although I listened with open heart and kindness, I did not pull out my wallet and give him a donation. Here was Life giving me an opportunity to trust in the flow of energetic abundance by giving me a chance to give. And I did not act as I felt constricted around letting money go.

Afterwards, I had some judgement with myself for not donating. An opportunity literally showed itself at my door to give and I didn’t act. It all came together for me this morning in the meditation when grace allowed me to see with different eyes. We’ve all had the solicitors at our door, often at inconvenient times, and we need to have discernment with who we give to. But for me, this was Life showing me I can start giving and receiving with more freedom and flow. So I will keep releasing this restricting inner, old story and continue to be aware of external opportunities where I can feel safe in receiving what I am desiring. I will donate today to an Ocean organization I care about, and I have released the self-judgement as well. We’re all on the path, we are not perfect, and the key is to let it go and keep moving forward. The World needs our Light and Love, not our self-criticisms and doubts.

Life is nothing but good even when experiences and situations may seem to not be in our favor. It is all part of this larger, divine process that is asking us to surrender and to trust. I invite you into this expansion of Universal Love as we continue to walk forward in elegance, ease and grace. And if it calls to you, maybe even allow yourself to abundantly give monetarily, with your Love, or by sending a smile to someone you pass on the street. We are Love. xo
