Freedom and Flow

Phenomenal Monday to all you lovely beings! I am settling back into life today after my weekend in Sedona and am ready to be at home now for a bit. It was a short time away - not even 48 hours - and my expansion with my four soul sisters was quite powerful.

We have been meeting almost every Friday for three years now over zoom and have been at two retreats together as well, but this was the first time we had been together just the five of us. We know one another deeply, and we went even further in knowing more about each other, witnessing and bringing forth our unique brilliances even more into reality, and naming what we saw in each other that uplifted and energized every one of us. It is a powerful relationship that is quite unique as we have learned through Feminine Power how to hold space, sponsor, support and uplift each other in a way that actualizes our potentials.

There is no competition which is rare in a group such as this, and although there have been moments of breakdowns, we all have been empowered enough to take radical responsibility for ourselves in order to move the group into a breakthrough. It is a completely new paradigm into how women can support one another and a model that I have not seen anywhere else. I am blessed to be a part of it.

Each sister has her own unique brilliance, and one sister before we walked the labyrinth did a Four Directions ceremony, and then one sister sang a powerful Native American chant. When the chant started, a Native American warrior became energetically present right behind me. I didn't see his face but knew who he was. It was so cool! We then entered the labyrinth separately at our own pace, and this was my very first time walking one.

I have been hearing more and more about labyrinths the past couple of years and they entered my awareness at that time, and as I learned more about them I was struck by how sacred and spiritual they are. In fact, there is a course of study around the premise that a walk in a labyrinth with the intention of getting closer to Spirit can bring you much revealed knowledge and wisdom. So I was very excited to see what I would experience as I am all about hearing and connecting more with Source.

My intention when I entered the space was to release anything that no longer was serving me, and then to receive whatever was for my highest and best on the walk out.

When I entered, I immediately had many female energies around me. I could not identify who they were only that they were female. About halfway to the center I felt my belly getting very heavy and knew something powerful was moving through. I started to cry and felt the energy getting tighter in my gut. I then paused and said to the guides - "you know, let's do this one with grace and ease." I stopped crying, the tightness lifted, and the healing instantly transcended.

I gained clarity around the fact that I had just healed all my past lives of being killed. When I reached the center, I sent up a prayer of gratitude. I then turned and started the walk out. A few steps in, the Native American warrior who showed up during the chant arrived and was a grounding presence. And then my boyfriend's energy showed up as well. I felt safe and loved with the masculine energy.

A few turns later, I felt a tremendous rush of joy come right through my body, and I started to laugh! Spirit said to me - "Life is this - the joy, the love, the freedom and flow." It was so glorious! I stood up taller and almost skipped out.

There is a plethora of energetic support all around us, and I encourage you to be open to what your angel guides and all the company of spirit guides are wanting to impart to you.

It may seem extraordinary to be able to hear in this way, and yet all it takes is a willingness to listen. You have all the support you could every need, and all you have to do is open your heart and be willing to be a bit vulnerable in what you are willing to hear.

As I have shared with you before, you can start to manifest directly through the Love energy of your heart. The more you clear, the easier it is to flow with what is wanting to come through for you. The more you allow your heart to stay open, the more you can receive divine guidance. There is not only God but an entire army of angels desperately wanting to help you on your path.

You don't need to go it alone, and this weekend I not only had my Earth plane sisters with me but my Spirit guides as well. As it is above, so below. I smile in sweet contentment knowing that all my hard work has led me to this. It's worth it, tribe. More than worth it.

I invite you this week to just be a bit more open in whatever way is best for you. Maybe it's to listen more to your heart, hear more with your soul instead of your mind. Maybe it's to allow Spirit through at an even deeper level. Just know that the joy is all around.
